hello, hb:
i am not very sure your question. do you mean that you have problem when you call zap extensions to zap extensions or sip extensions? or when using ATA, you have problem?

james

i have no problem with ATA when calling inbound and outbound.

i have problem calling FXS extension and FXS extensions. no audio both ends.

when FXS calling pstn, both way audio is fine. but when inbound from PSTN to FXS. there is no audio both end.

i did tried several phone set and result are the same

hi, hb:
if FXS can call out, it should be no problem. maybe the dialplan has something wrong. you can make a simple dialplan and make sure the incoming call forwarding to FXS.
Regards!

James

already did that, the incoming call did send to FXS and there was no audio.

again, when FXS calling out to pstn or to another FXS there was no audio
